Danielle Miller, popularly referred to as Chef Miller, is a professional cannabis chef. Danielle is the Sole Owner of “Baked” a Cannabis infusion culinary company. Her achievements in the industry have made her a pacesetter with amazing contributions. Danielle’s background attending cannabis and culinary education, coupled with 15+ years of working experience in the telecommunications industry has enabled her build a successful career and business.
Danielle’s journey started many years ago at the Dobbs Ferry College in New York, before she made the decision to quit school in pursuit of her life goals that wouldn’t leave her in debt. She has worked with renowned corporations such as Dish Network and Sprint as a executive in their sales division where she set the bar high by exceeding her monthly goals. Serving in this capacity, Danielle learned the skills in leadership, teamwork, and organization unique to the business world, and now brings them with her in the cannabis culinary business where she strives to serve her clients.
Passionate about all things cannabis, Danielle has made efforts to enhance her knowledge and skills in the field. She has taken several courses, including Concentrate and Rosin Extractions in Colorado Denver and Understanding Endocannabinois, THCa, THC, and CBD breakdown in Las Vegas Nevada. She has also learned lineage of strains and how it’s curated from growers in LA California, before taking further Pastry & Fine Cooking courses at Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). She is constantly learning new things to perfect her craft.
Her newest venture is being the Resident Cannabis chef on “The Kooking with Kush” show. Kooking with Kush is a bi-monthly Cannabis Cooking Show that is educational & instructional. We aim to teach “Everyday People” how to infuse their food. Danielle Co-host the show with host Davone Madison and Resident Cannaisseur Pam “PJ” Jackson.
Outside working, Danielle loves cooking, smoking and dining out. She is a nature freak and loves activities such as hiking, traveling, outdoor sports, strength training, and cannabis sesh sessions.
Affectionately named Bosslady Day, Davone Madison is a name synonymous with success. Right from her childhood, she always knew she was meant for a life greater than herself.
The former CEO and founder of Dollhouse Enterprises Inc., Davone led a platform created for professional lesbian women to network and socialize with the emphasis on the LQBTQ community. As an event planner she has worked with some of the top names in entertainment including Grammy Award winner, Kelly Price. She has also been a part of GO Magazine’s 45 hot entrepreneurs and Top 100 lesbians, featured in the New York Daily News, and created her own interior styling company named Lady Day Designs.
As if this was not enough tenacity for one person, Davone added Author to her resume by recently finishing the first novel in her highly anticipated book series titled Love is Love. This book a collection of intertwining relationships with fictional characters in the LGBTQ+ community and will be one of the first books published under her new company PXD Media & Entertainment.
A game changer in her field, Davone entered the film industry where she served as Production Manager for the documentary Truth Be Told by Nneka Onuorah. While working on the film, her passion for the film industry grew forging a path for the birth of PXD Media & Entertainment. PXD is co-owned and founded by Davone and her partner Pam Jackson. PXD is a black & women owned small business. One-part Film Production & Distribution and one-part Book Publishing and Brand Merchandising Company, PXD is the parent company of The Kooking With Kush Show, a bi-monthly Cannabis Cooking Show that is both educational & instructional. Popularly known as “PJ”, Pam Jackson is a tenacious entrepreneur and Co-Founder and Co-Owner of PXD Media and Entertainment along with her partner Davone Madison. PXD is a black and women owned small business operating as one-part Film Production & Distribution and one-part Book Publishing and Brand Merchandising Company.
Pam’s history with cannabis traces back to the summer of 7th grade when she lived in the suburbs of Chicago. Her friends and neighbors all smoked weed and her first experience was smoking out of a 4ft bong with her friends. She hasn’t looked back since! With marijuana as a constant in her life, Pam has spent the last 40+ years enjoying marijuana secretly at first because she was working in corporate America before coming all out to embrace it in the open. As a marijuana enthusiast, Pam takes pleasure in the fact that weed-related stigma is now fading and a more open and legal exploration of marijuana is now possible to reveal its incredible uses and health benefits.
Pam retired from corporate life in 2019. She began working with the Quaker Oats Co. Immediately after graduating from Northern Illinois University where she obtained a B.S. in Economics. She began her career as a “temp” in the Finance Department, and steadily worked her way up to to serve as a Sales Executive for Quaker Oats and PepsiCo. After nearly 30 years of professional service and excellence, Pam made the decision to retire from her Vice President of Sales position and focus on the things that make her happy.
Pam is extremely excited about her newest venture as the Co-Host and Resident Cannaisseur on The Kooking with Kush show where she also serves as Executive Producer. The Kooking with Kush Show is a bi-monthly Cannabis Cooking Show which is both educational & instructional. The show aims to teach “Everyday People” how to infuse their food with cannabis for medicinal and recreational use. The show will be the 1st production for PXD Media and Entertainment.
